Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Photography Services Booking and Payment Bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. All bookings are non-refundable. Full payment is due when booking the photo shoot. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations made prior to the scheduled shoot will not receive a full refund. Chase Media Productions LLC reserves the right to determine refund eligibility regardless of circumstances. You may reschedule your shoot subject to availability. Photo Shoot The duration of the shoot is approximately one hour. Additional hours may be requested at an additional cost. Any special requests must be communicated before the shoot. Photographs All photographs are taken at the discretion of the photographer. The photographer retains the copyright to all images taken during the shoot. You will receive a selection of edited high-resolution digital images. Usage and Reproduction You may use the photographs for personal use only. Commercial use requires written permission from Chase Media Productions LLC. Editing or altering photographs is strictly prohibited. Liability Chase Media Productions LLC is not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained during the photo shoot. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chase Media Productions LLC from any claims or damages arising from the use of the photographs. Force Majeure Chase Media Productions LLC is not liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to causes beyond its control.
